My calcium was at 400 i tested 3 times with salifert got the exact same thing each time. So i went to the BRS calculator input 85 gallons im using the new calcium pouches and then it says to use 217.5 mL of the liquid calcium solution to raise it from 400 to 425 i manually dosed 200mL in 4 separate dosages 10 minutes apart waited 2 hours and checked my calcium and its at 450 now lol.
First thought that comes to mind is user error but im using the bottle that comes with their starter kit that holds 100mL to the top and i just filled 2 up and poured them in half at a time for 200 mL.... so whats going on lol. a few weeks ago i doubled dosed because BRS dosers that say 1.1ml are actually running 2.2mL for me and now their calculator also raised my calcium by double of what it was suppose to. o_O
am i suppose to wait longer to retest did i do something wrong by adding it all in in such a short time...???
