 Hey guys, so we've all seen wood stands and metals stands in the market. Right? what about Aluminum T-slot stands. What options are there and do they really look good? Well This might answer your question. Each bolt on this 45x45 profile or 1.75"x1.75" profile has 2 bolts at each corner. And each bolt will withstand 650lbs of weight or pressure. More then what's required for this aquarium.

All that's left over is tank and equipment. The sump, dosing containers and ATO will have a white and red theme. and the aquarium will be all white. White due to maximum reflection of light for SPS corals. That's right this tank will be SPS dominate. :)

Dosing constrainers and ATO

Ok so now I have some updates on Dosing Constrainers and ATO. I've decided to go with 4 dosing containers that are 1.2 gallons each. The 4 containers will be Cal, Alk, Mag and KALK. The Auto Top off container is 10.5 gallons. Getting ready for the sump build. Stay tuned for more pictures.

Looks good. I just got my frame together. Still need to get the doors and top. I used 15 series, 48" L x 36" H x 29" W. This stand will have much better access than my current pine stand. I use T-slot also to hang my light fixture.

Sump DONE!

Alright so now we have the entire bottom section of the aquarium build done. The tank will be arriving in about 3 weeks or so. The sump is a 21gallon unit. The method is very simple. I wanted to keep the "KISS" (Keep It Simple Stupid). The left side of the sump will house a vertex 150 and vertex carbon reactor. The right side has a final stage of micro bubble elimination with a 4" filter sock that will also be a return section. Effective yet extraordinary!
