My lfs has an alveopora freag that looks great! I hear its easier then goniopora but i want to know whose got thriving (or dying) colonies and wants to give experience on how its doing, care and anything special you do for it. I dont want to get a coral thats just gonna end up dying like goniopora. Its the green ones in the picture

Aleveopora seemed to grow faster and generally easier IMO from the goniopora I've grown. I did target feed both but the aleveopora out grew it hands down.

would reef roids be ok to feed it?

The care needs are going to be comparable to aa Goni;) Reef Roids are a good food source.

Ive seen some say reed roids were to big for goni so i wasnt sure.
