You ain't getting enough par with those lights at 80%. I have XR15 lights over a smaller 65g tank and have to run them at 100% intensity to barely get enough par for my mixed reef tank.
This is good to know. Ill turn them up to 100% I was worried I was getting to much

Didn’t you move your tank recently?

If so, that’s the problem:

Yes, your parameters are solid. But even if your live rock is an instacycle, you’ve still restarted the ecosystem.

Give it a month or two and then give it another go
Youre correct I did move my tank recently. I'll crank up the lights then wait for a month ot two and try a a favia or Monti again. I'll have my PAR meter by then also.

A few people have asked about inverts. No inverts in my tank right now.

Re: Lighting. I have 2 XR15 Blue's running the AB+ profile on a 90 Gal tank.

Here are the PAR mappings I got at 70% and 85% intensity. Might give you some idea of what PAR you're achieving in your tank:

70%

Yes, the blues have slightly better par numbers then the pros at the same intensity.

A few people have asked about inverts. No inverts in my tank right now.

Without knowing if other inverts would be OK, there's a risk the problem is a chemical such as copper.

If it has been moved within the last couple weeks, I wouldn't take any of this other advice to heart yet tbh

I'd just let it settle in and re-evaluate come November. Good luck with it!
