I’ve been looking everywhere how to diagnose my anemone with an bacterial infection it has been barely opened it tentacles out and when it does it’s shorter than when I got it from the store I got it from and it’s foot is shrunken up. Any suggestions?

Welcome
You could treat it with cipro for starters
Not sure what sort of tank set up you have or what your water is like.
These would help us figure out what the problem might be.

If you don't have the ability to treat with medications you could put it into a container at the top of the water surface. See if it starts to attach and open up. Where it is now in the sand is not ideal. It will not be able to attach its foot.
