My anemone took a stroll into my Nero 5 and it got a bit banged up (even though it has a guard on it) and has been in this state for about 2 weeks. It is moving and still stuck but it has been in a cave with 0 light for about 5-6 days and just came out again today. Any tips? Should I try feeding it some mysis or something or just let it be?

Not sure if I would try and feed it. If it is out now give it some time. If it starts to open and improve you can attempt to feed then. Don't force it.

I certainly would not try to feed it. Injury like that can allow bacterial infections to take hold, so antibiotic treatment might be worth considering. Otherwise it will either survive or it won't.

When to mix up fish meal: When was the last time you tried a different brand of food for your reef?
