Anemone Damaged?

What is wrong with my black widow BTA? He has this spot that's torn up and discolored. All of my powerheads are fully wrapped in window dcreen mesh and the nem is nowhere near them. Is this cause for concern?

I should probably mention tank stocking.
1 blue coral banded shrimp
2 emerald crabs
10 blue leg hermit crabs
2 ocelaris clownfish
2 mandarin dragonets
1 tailspot blenny
1 Randall pistol shrimp
1 yasha goby
3 other bubble tip anemones
4 rock flower anemones
Various LPS, SPS, and soft corals.

Could any of those be to blame? The only newly added thing on that list is a nexus burst anemone. Everything else has been there for a while without the anemone showing any issues.

I’m going to guess that the clownfish swimming in the anemone is trying to clean the rock off and make a nest spot there. It is directing the nem to adjust to her needs.

Don’t worry, it will resolve itself.

It could have got hurt by The Rock. It could have been stuck under the Rock did any? Do you know of anything stung it another anemone or anything? If you have aptasia under the rock it could sting the anemone but that's not really normal I would just wait to feed it for a couple days. To repair itself a little bit and then just feed it some food. It should be okay if you have like vitamins like a doser. You could put a little bit of vitamins in the water so it can help it repair but it should be okay if you don't just feed it. Let it do its thing and it sure repair this will happen to mine. Half of it got stuck in the blower and half of it was gone. It was a long tentacles and then it repaired itself In a couple of months but this doesn't seem that severe

No aiptasia in my tank, but it could have been crushed by a rock. My pistol shrimp likes yo destablize the rock structures, and so do my snails and sea urchin. It wasn't touching any other anemones or corals, though there are others in the tank. Definitely not the powerheads.

It's gotten much worse though

Looks like it’s spilling its guts out? I know anemones can be moody and do weird stuff , but I’d keep an eye on it in case it just falls apart and nukes your tank.

But I’d wonder if your emerald crabs or even your Blenny , has been messing with your anemone’s tentacles.

This could very well be anenome allelopathy.
Since you mentioned that you recently added another BTA to your aquarium, and the fact that this nem is definitely declining rapidly, that would be my first thought.
How does the other BTA look?
Are you running high grade carbon to assist in reducing released chemical toxins between the two?
