Yes I use RODI for water changes. Yes their is a little bit of bubble alage and hair alage as well.
I went to an LFS and his test came out just like mine. I'm did 15% water change today and I'll do another 15% tomorrow.

Picked up a copy of Reef Hobbyist at LFS yesterday (free). There is a beautiful write up on anemones and care.

My advice is, Just Wedge it in between 2 rocks( if it doesn't want to attach) and try to target feed it.keep those parameters stable. I had a LTA that didn't want to stick for 2 weeks.

The NEM looks in good health for the most. You just have to restrain it so it can't tumble all around. You can place some rock rubble around its foot if you can't find a good place to wedge it in.
