Anemone dying?!??!

Hello, I jus started adding fish a few days ago, and also this anemone. Had it deflate one previous time (it was pooping). But now it looks worse this time, and some tentacles are falling off. Could it be dying?

Looks like a fairly new tank. How old the tank and what are your parameters and lighting?

Second the above. If you just started adding fish because it’s a new aquarium, it is way too early for a nem. If parts are falling off and mouth is open/exposed, sounds like it is dying.
