Got this rose BTA on Saturday and it’s been settling in. The anemone stole my royal grammas cave that the royal gramma stole from goby/pistol shrimp. Now it looks like it’s foot is stuck under the rock and also super extended (like 6-8”) Is this normal?

I think it’s splitting?

Mine looks very similar, his body is out on the edge of the rock and his foot is anchored way back in there.
Hes been in the same spot for at least 6 months now

That’s normal and it doesn’t look like it’s splitting
Yup this morning it looks normal. it was just stretching up further than what I thought was normal but I guess not

Totally normal. When they find a cave or crevice they like, they're not moving come hell or high water... I have one in particular that stretches about 4-6" out from the foot and another two literally climbing over each other.
