Anemone Goner? Coral ID

I just got this nem today and first off I’m the package the foot had some white on it. Not think anything about it I took no pictures or said anything to the shipper. Is this guy going out for the count? Or maybe could heal from this? The little guy won’t attach anywhere as of rn.

Also need an ID on this coral, guy at LFS couldn’t identify it to me.

Don't mean to be negative and bash anyone or anything but if the lfs could not identify that coral time to find a new lfs

Already have moved places; I had major issues with the livestck, almost to the point of stopping completely. For some reason, no fish would stay alive. Come to find out it was my LFS as the fish there are VERY low quality, and I started hearing talk that other people were having the same issue with this place. I moved to another place, and now everything has been alive for 3 weeks with no issues only reason I went back for this was that they had a sale with coral, and I had a gift card from returning fish that had died that they gave me store credit.
