Does this bubble tip look healthy?
Especially the oral disk

Looks healthy to me! You can’t really see the Oral disc in the picture you sent. Is its mouth closed up tight ?

I’m no expert , but I’d say it’s healthy , if it’s mouth isn’t gaping open and it’s foot is good and sticky and holding fast that’s a sign of it being healthy. Anemones do however get “ moody” and may look unhappy here and there then the next day be beautiful and happy again. So if you see it upset one day I wouldn’t immediately get to concerned something is wrong.

Looks good to me! How long have you had it?

I’ve also had it for probably 2 weeks now
At this point, as someone else stated above, keep everything consistent (water parameters good, good flow, etc) and make sure your lighting is good enough.
