I guess it's nothing to be too concerned about, about him being not fully opened? I understand it may take him awhile to get acclimated to my tank so I should probably stop worrying and let him be lol..

Oh no no, that is what this hobby is...worrying! Lol ;)
Lol yeah I worry a lot, about my fish and corals it's a never ending worry but my biggest worry at the moment is the anemone and hopeing he's ok.. so it is normal for them to hide and close up a little but for the first few days?

Hi I've had my nem for a year and he just started fading. He hasn't moved but want to make sure my light was good. I have a Hydra 26 on a JBJ 45. Here are my light parameters. I have a mixed reef:
