I bought a used tank setup. There was no anemone on his livestock list, but low and behold an anemone showed up!

He has been moving around for at least a week now, has settled on a rock but keeps moving back and forth a couple inches. Is this normal until he gets comfy?

I’m thinking it’s a bubble tip. Any care advice? How much and how often should I be feeding it? And what should I feed it?
I also have an Ocellaris clownfish. How can I get the clown to host?

Thanks!

It’s a bubble tip. Don’t feed it until it finds its spot and stays there for a week. There’s no way to get it to host without harming the clownfish. Just Patience
Nems require stable parameters and good lighting

I've never fed my bubble-tip, but either way, I agree.... just let it do it's thing to get settled, and cover your powerheads.
