Anemone producing tons of waste

So I’ve had this nem for about three months now and he produces waste at least once a day some days twice a day is that normal and what does that mean? I rarely feed him.

Yes I was using t5 but switched over to ai prime hd about two months ago.
Had it been within the month, I would've said it's just adjusting the zooxanthellae population and what you see is dead zoox. However, since it's been a while, I agree with others that it's just poop and you have nothing to worry about. Some BTAs just poop more than others, and some deflate in the process.
