Anemone producing tons of waste

So I’ve had this nem for about three months now and he produces waste at least once a day some days twice a day is that normal and what does that mean? I rarely feed him.

I have a really big green one and he does poop quit often. Nothing to worry about imo

Yes I was using t5 but switched over to ai prime hd about two months ago.

Had it been within the month, I would've said it's just adjusting the zooxanthellae population and what you see is dead zoox. However, since it's been a while, I agree with others that it's just poop and you have nothing to worry about. Some BTAs just poop more than others, and some deflate in the process.

Why does anemone poop look like?! Lol I have one and I don’t think I have ever seen nem poop!
