Has anyone ever seen an anemone with 2 heads like this? At first i thought that 2 anemones had just found each other as soul mates, but after at least 3 months of this and it has moved around the tank several times On its own and I have never seen it separate partially or anything, i am starting to think it might be some sort of a freak of nature. Does anybody have any idea of what this is? I was told they are “Bornemans anemone” . I would appreciate any info, thanks in advance!

Have you seen the movie "The Thing"?
what you need is a flame thrower for these nems. Your tank will thank me later.

Also phymanthus buitendijki foots in rocks like RFAs and reproduces via pedal lasceration. It may have footed against another nem causing this. I dont believe they split or grow like this naturally.

The Thing! Lol, yes. I have definitely noticed that they multiply themselves very quickly at times. I have been sort of just trimming them away when they turn up somewhere i don’t want them. Thank you
