Anemone question...is this normal?

Well the nem men had been in his first spot for 4 months than moved once to this spot...he hasn't moved again....it swolled up like a basketball in this same spot, and in the same spot, he did this....and I've confirmed that he was just pooping bc he inflated back up shortly after and me not feeding him helped bc im guessing I've been feeding too much...but the only thing that has changed in my tank in the last 2 weeks is nothing really....other than the anemone moving, I believe feeding him too much was the culprit!
I promise if there's a problem I don't and wouldn't go on a Easter egg hunt to try and find out what's wrong I'd go back to my log book that I keep of what I do everyday and figure out what it is that did change....simply just wanted to see if anyone has had their nem do that......buuuuut yeah overfeeding is def the culprit....thanks guys and thanks for answering so quick and stupid on my part

I finally got my tank to that sweet spot where everything is starting to grow and spread so it's all stabe, but need to def cut back on his diet haha

Yeah I was under the impression it was a fairly new to tank nem, but at 5mo it should look like it's thriving, something is amiss.
