My anemone has not bloom for over a week now. Is the clownfish constant rubbing stressing it out? Please advise what to do. Thanks

If the nem is too small and the clowns are too big, it can stress it out to the point where the anemone can die. Try growing it in a breeder basket until it is big enough to withstand the clowns buffering.

If you can remove the rock, the best way is to carefully chisel off a piece that the anemone is connected to.

If you can't remove the rock, try to slip your finger under the edge of the foot and slowly work your finger underneath to separate it. Sometimes a credit or thinner gift card can help.

If it's wedged in the rock, that's when it gets tougher. I've seen people cover the nem with a large piece of PVC, where the nem has to crawl up it to get to the light.
