I don't have tons of experience with anemones but the most obvious thing and priority #1 should be covering your powerheads if you haven't already. Foam covers or pantyhose work fine.
Make sure not to overfeed, once/twice a week target feeding quality food should be plenty.
Why cover power heads?
YES! They can get sucked into the openings on those plastic covers and they WILL get shredded. Buy a cover ASAP.Even if they have the plastic covers that come over the fan part?

I honestly would turn off my powerhead until I got it covered. I've had an anemone get sucked into the powerhead. It's an awful, helpless feeling.
