One of my nems is fabulous and the other is trying to die out on me. I just did a water change when I noticed its mouth slightly open. Other wise tank has been up and running for a year on minimal water changes (just did a big scraping when i did the water change). Everything else is happy and healthy. This nem is about 3 months older then the RBT

im no nem professor, but my nem sometimes just does that. After a few hours he goes back to normal. Is he pooping? Maybe. Once they kinda sag and start to go "inside out" then thats when you should be worried.
