I have a clam that I have identified an Angel Wing Clam that hitchhiked on my gulf rock.

So far I have had this little one for almost 4 months now and dose phytoplankton daily and every week I do a 13% water change and add a few drops of oyster feast. Do you think that there's something I can do better? It's a pretty young clam as far as I can tell its pretty young with it being only only about half an inch long and their max size is around 7 in. Thoughts?

I had some survive years without any intentional care. They tend to be pretty hardy. The biggest risk is actually if you were to add a fish that sees it as a tasty snack.

I didn’t pay super close attention. They did grow, but I have no idea at what rate.
Ditto. Mine were a nice surprise but did not need any extra care. A small, easy thing you can do if you're concerned is to stir a nearby patch of sand once a week; it's a filter feeder and will consume some of the junk you stir up.
