Angelfish and Bicolor Blenny fighting?

Okay, so I have a bicolor blenny and a Coral Beauty angel in a 29 gallon with a bonded pair of Oc. clowns. A couple of days ago I noticed a very badly torn side fin on the angel. A couple of minutes later, I noticed the blenny nipping the same fin. Thinking about sending Mr. Blenny back to the LFS. What can I do to keep them from fighting if I keep the blenny? I appreciate feedback of any size. o_O

Blennies can be ornery, especially when defending their little hidey hole. If you ask me, the CB Angel doesn't really belong in just a 29 gal and should be rehomed instead.
