Another great order! This is the first of three orders of angelfish I'm adding to my tank -- they're going to be the showcase fish once everything settles in.

This order included a Flagfin, a Flame Angel, and a Majestic Angel. Everything arrived active and swimming in the bag. Sadly, the Flagfin didn't make it, but it was covered under the 3-day guarantee, so a replacement is on the way.

The Majestic Angel is huge -- honestly one of the biggest I've seen. It's still getting acclimated and spends most of its time hiding, but when it comes out, it completely takes over the tank.

Up next: my second order will be two more Flame Angels, another Flagfin, and a Blueface Angel.

here is a Youtube video I just uploaded of this order. The flame angel is briefly shown at the end of the video, but the star is the majestic angelfish, more so, as this is the longest he has been out and about.

Let me know what you think.

Nice fish. I hope you have space and time, those navarchus angels get to be a foot long and will live 25 years. Yours is still a youngster.

I don't recommend a blueface with the navarchus, they are very similar in appearance and may constantly quarrel. I have an imperator and a french, 2 very different looking fish but both still Poms, they quarrel whenever they pass each other.

@NC2WA this is awesome fish , any issues with it eating lps ? I just ordered one from Biota but i do have zoas that i dont want to lose

None, so far. But I feed 3X a day. It does graze on algae clips most of the day with the tangs, but also eats Rods Food Herbivore blend too.

I do feed also 3 times a day with Plank and will increase in the future when i get anthias

You won't be able to keep zoas with any large species of angel. They'll all be gone soon after the angel discovers them.
Agreed. A nice snack for them, hence why I never became a zoa fan. :)
