Kraylen , weather you know it or not, you have a lot of friends in the salt water community, hey if nothing else you could start a song on here and let your freinds help with the rest of the lyrics, could be a lot hotter than the fragoliscus vidio. by the way, as I have gotten older, I have melowwed out a lot, I have two destructive tools left in my arsonal, a 440 magnum chainsaw, and a acytalene cutting torch, after the ex wife left I rearragened the house and remaining funiture with the 440, and got tired of the truck always breaking down, so it got cut up into little pieces I could load , and went to the scrap yard, the money from the scrap helps fund mt salt water hobby. man, cutting a hole in the side of the house gave me quite a rush, took me a long time to fix that, but d... it was worth it. lol

did I tell you how I helped out a buddy of mine a couple of years ago? his wife was always complianing about something, well we were over there one night eating supper, she started complianing about the sofa, she just kept on and on about how bad it looked, the next morning, me and my buddy walked into the house with a axe and the stil 440 magnum running wide open, and cut that couch into about twenty pieces, at about 4:30 in the morning, after opening all the doors and windows to let the place air out and flipping off the neighbors, she hasn't complained about any funiture agian. the only regret, I didn't take pictures, lol

Good thing she wasn't complaining about her boss.

Prayer, Honestly.

I have been through a lot in life, and still keep a smile on my face.

The Lord has pulled me through.

Spirituality is an important part of life. But everyone finds it in a different way or place, sometimes in today's day and age, I think that it is easy for people to lose spirituality. I dont care if you are christian, muslim, jewish, or otherwise - like myself.

Spirituality has done good things for me in my life, but anger management is not one of them.

Physical activity was always a good outlet for me, but you need to find an activitiy that appeals to you.

Working with tanks and keeping busy is something that helps when I get down, but not really an anger management thing. If I fragged when I was angry...there would probably be little pieces of coral all over the ground. :D
