Another failure, time for a reset. Need advice

Did you put them under a scope to see the strain? Maybe you had diatoms to begin with?

I did......I had two different strains of dynos but no diatoms. I just assumed once I started dosing the diatoms would appear and grow quicker than the dynos. Unfortuantely the opposite happened.
