Another pod question

I want to add pods from algae barn to my newly cycled tank as my first inhabitants. Will thier ocean magic feed them well enough without any other stock or food source in the tank?

Is there a better way to do this than what I'm considering? Thank you

I unfamiliar with thier ocean magic...but all you need is to lightly dose phyto to keep them going .

Thank you that's what they promote. It shouldn't hurt anything.
