I've never ordered online livestock before as it always seemed too sketchy to me.
After two orders from Dr. Reefs, I definitely recommend his services.
*my orders were all inverts (urchin/snails) and just 1 tailspot blenny
Dr. Reef went above and beyond in terms of customer satisfaction:
- First tailspot blenny arrived safely but never ate in my tank and disappeared after about 5 days
- I mentioned that (as an aside) and also that the blenny was much smaller than I expected which is really on me since I never specified any size preference in advance
- Dr. Reef replaced the blenny for free anyway with my next order
- 2nd blenny is doing great
For inverts and the few fish I have, I've always done my own QT but, now, I'm likely to just order quarantined livestock from Dr. Reef for the convenience.
