Ant like pods

What are these ant like pods in my tank? Good or bad? I see quite a few them only after lights out though

Most likely Amphipods they are good.
Do you have some fish that eats pods like dragonet ore wrasse?

These are amphipods. They are good. My tangs even eat them haha.

Yeah I have 6 wrasses and a pair of mandarins too.. surprising to see these may still exist in my tank despite the predation risk haha
