I have a 180 gallon. Currently have one blue tang. One yellow. One sailfin and one clown. I would like a school of anthias, I am thinking lyrerail (open to suggestions) but unsure of how many I could or should add. Thanks for the insight!

I'd go with 5-9 female Lyertails and let one change sex naturally (some males are forced with testosterone). I've had good luck with Lyretails feeding pellets mixed with ZoPlan in an autofeeder. Disbar would be another choice.

The challenge with many anthias is with their endless fighting to maintain their social structure. Even if this don't exhaust the anthias themselves, it makes a much less calm aquarium.
