New fish to the tank, any ideas what his issue was

it’s one out of three that I had put into the DT … The other two seem fine thus far…

The video only shows the head of the fish, not much to see there. Most fish health issues deal with the history of the fish and the symptoms seen before death. Here is a post that explains that:

The fish seems to have some scraping/scarring injury around the head area. Bullying is often a case with these fish as is possible scratching from irritants.
Not sure if you witnessed ant aggression or other behaviors?
