I just got a bunch of acrylic to make a nice big sump. I have the weldon3 and weldon16 as well. I also have a couple of large vise things to use but could probably use a couple more.

The acrylic is cut to size and pretty much ready to go. The tank/sump is going to be 24L x 36H x 12W which sounds horrible for sump dimensions but you'll see what my plan is soon enough. Anytime someone has available to help me out is fine, I will make arrangements to be here.

I definitely want to follow this. I was going to go the acrylic route but didn't have the confidence without ever doing it before.

I love the fact that it essentially welds into once piece. With enough skill you could build any tank/ sump you want. It would be nice if we could get a good supplier and demonstration for a meeting.
