Any difference between API Quick Start and the marine version?

Is there any difference between API Quick Start and the marine version? Do they have the same ingredients? Are they okay to use for either freshwater or saltwater tanks?

This is a good question, are they the same?

It would be fun to test the salinity of both products and compare that.

I am sorry but I would follow the bottle recommendations, as a rule.

But if I had the freshwater version on hand and was starting up a dry rock marine tank I probably would give it a try and see how things turn out.
