Any idea what this is??

Went to do a water change today and noticed this sitting on the green ricordea in the photo
I have nothing in the tank that looks like it so a bit stumped as to what it is. Could it have come from the ric?
It seems hollow and is blowing around the tank with the current. Any ideas???

Ahh right I assumed probably wrongly that they propagate from dropping branches. Not sure I want another Kenya growing.

My pink one used to drop the branches, but my friend has a green one and it drops those exact same babies.
