Any pilots out there?

Just curious if there are any other pilots out there. I myself am a Private Pilot working on my Instrument Rating, this February I will be flying for a year. Currently I'm flying a Cessna 172R and 172SP G1000.

So...any other pilots here on R2R?

I'm not a pilot, but my father was, he trained pilots to become IFR certified. The first time I flew a plane I was a very young maybe about 8 yrs old,it was a skyhawk. I couldnt even reach the pedals but I had plenty of fun with the yoke I think my fathers stomach made a few turns with the plane LOL!!!! It was all great memories, flights to nantucket for lunch in the Cessna, my sister got quiet the night flight experience in the skyhawk practicing touch and go's she was really good for her age too!!! IFR is defiantly important to have, you never know when the fog comes a rolling!!! Congratulations!!!!! Good luck with IFR

I'm working on it lol.
Currently I'm a student pilot, pretty close to taking my check ride. I've just done my 3 hours hood training and it was AWFUL! Props to you for going after your instrument. I can't imagine spending that much time under a hood.

I currently fly a Stinson 108-1 (mostly), a Cessna 140, and a Piper Cub. I have a bit of time in a 172, an Eagle, a Citabria, and a Pitts. I'd probably have my certificate by now, but I'm having too much fun just playing around. I'm not good at the studying aspect of flying lol
