As this colony of Ice Armageddon Palys from Cherry Corals grows I keep noticing the color the polyps show when members of my CUC graze by(when the polyps close). This specific piece shows light pink. Anyway I found it interesting due to the difference between the polyp head color and figured I would share. Attached is a photo I snagged.

Anyone else notice anything interesting like this ?

I have some new Zoas in my tank... The closed polyp is a lot brighter than the open polyp. It's interesting because I was just noticing that this morning! Drab when open, bright when closed.
