Hi, I have a pair of Mocha clownfish I've had for awhile now (a year and a half I think?).
I noticed the past couple of weeks the male does this shimmy/dance thing up the side of their pot. It doesn't look like the submissive shake that they do while pairing, more like the shake they do when they kick up sand. But he goes up the side of the pot, kind of like a loop on a roller coaster.

I'm guessing it's nothing to worry about because clowns are weird but I just was curious if anyone else has clowns that loop de loop inside their pot. It's very funny to watch.

I haven't gotten a good video yet but If I do I will post it.

I have a pair (exact type unknown) where one of them does that. Typically it's after eggs have been attached to the backwall in the area that he does it. I assume hes fertilising them but occasionally he'll do it randomly.
Clowns do weird things.
