Anyone have experience with Red Luzon Starfish?

Online says reef safe, anyone have firsthand experience? Are they easy to keep? Anything they dont get along with? I have lps and sps in my tank.

I have had one for about 3 or 4 months now. no problems, and the star fish is all over the tank, moves constantly. They do need bio film, fish poop, food scraps, etc to survive,
