Anyone know how to edit headers in Squarespace?

Anyone here know how to edit headers in Squarespace? I can't add, remove, or change any links. I also don't have any option to add a background image to the header.

The only thing it lets me change is the position and colors and to add a logo and the size of the header. Nothing to actually change or add the content.
