Anyone know what could be causing this frogspawn to close up

I’ve had this Frogspawn for a few months now it and had been doing great until a few weeks ago. It started shrinking so that it would only open about 1/3 - 1/2 its size (First 2 Pictures). I had added a torch above it a couple weeks before that so after some time I moved the frog, however it continued to close up more and more until now it is fully retracted (last 2 pictures).

Everything else in the tank is doing great and there are no pests in the tank. Is it possible that this could be caused by the heads splitting off into 4? They’ve been splitting since I got it. If not what else could it be? My parameters are

Salinity 35
Ammonia: 0 ppm
Nitrite: 0 ppm
Nitrate: 20 ppm
Alk: 7.8
Phosphate: .25 ppm
Magnesium: 1350
PH: 7.8

Some pictures with the whites turned up might help. Hard to see much except for a bit of lighter skeleton below the flesh band so maybe it's losing tissue and receding? Your parameters seem fine but not a lot of fish so wondering if you have increased feeding as the corals have grown over the past few months. Many people don't feed them but my LPS have always done better with catching some food a couple times a week. I typically have very low fish load. Currently it's zero fish load and I still feed a few times a week for my corals while maintaining dissolved nutrients about where you are at.

Hey I will try to get some pictures tomorrow with better lighting. Currently I have 6 fish in the tank and 2 shrimp so I usually feed frozen 1-3 times a day and I also feed reed roids mixed with different frozen foods 1-2 times a week depending, I took the last week or two off because my phosphates were a little high. I’m especially confused because everything else he’s been doing great despite the picture being after a water change. Even a small hammer that had withered before has been making a strong comeback growing new flesh so any suggestions would help
