Weird red tinted algae growing in my frog spawn stem that I just bought. Anyone know what it is and how to get rid of it?

Also is it easily blown off with a turkey badger? Or hard like coralline? There is a red/maroon color coralline algea too. Cyanos is slimy and easily blown off and can be red/ maroon as well.

It’s super tough to get off. Tried scrubbing it with a toothbrush and it barely comes off.
