That´s aiptasia mate. Quite pretty in my opinion but also a pain as it spreads..

Yep aiptasia or known by its prettier name “glass anemone “. I’m trying to figure a solution right now as well. I’ve go wrasses which will probably eat any predators like berghia or peppermint shrimp. Thought about a file fish but I’ve got so many tempting targets that that’s a no go probably as well.

Also manual removal. I've had good luck with a tooth brush. Pul the rock out and brush it carefully.

Or cover it with kalk paste.

Just be careful when you try to remove. It will spread like wildfire
