I recently got a coral from my lfs but have no clue what it is. Any help?

Favia, aka War Coral.
Keep them on their own island, as they will spread and have a nasty sting to other corals. Low-medium light and flow.

What kind of par? 100? Less?

I have mine on pieces of rock rubble on the sand. In my tank they get around 150-200. I have a mostly SPS tank, so even my sandbed gets higher PAR, but all of my softies and LPS love it.
