anyone know what this might be

My rabbit fish started to show signs of little bumps on him almost looked like pimples now they have turned into blackish looking dots , i think it might be black ich but i am not sure . If anyone knows what it might be please help . also i donot have a qt tank set up so what would i have to do to set one up to take care of this guy

Personally I would setup a QT just to be safe, and not risk anything. It could be black ich, but hard to tell from pics. When did these start appearing? And did you change his diet any?? Give any seaweed??

i noticed it about a day or two ago , no diet change . also how would i go about setting up a qt tank ?

10 gal tank, mix fresh saltwater and move fish to that. Feed regularly, this way you cvan treat if necessary without treating the whole tank too.

without knowing exactly what we are dealing with it would be hard. You could always use hyposalinity in your QT it wouldnt be to hard on your fish. you could also use copper
