Why not get something with an open top (and lid) so you can have access to put in salt, do mixing, sampling, etc?

Why not get something with an open top (and lid) so you can have access to put in salt, do mixing, sampling, etc?
I currently use a brute trash can but I want something sleeker cause rn my mixing container is in the living room since I have no space anywhere else

Looks like they can ship everything but the largest model from Cali....big bonus on shipping cost, potentially. (Buying local can save you a bundle.)
