Anyone know why ATB is unavailable?

Finding out that vendors are unable to get ATB's :( Are they not in business anymore?

I know in September that they changed hands, but I thought they were reopening in the USA. Not sure that has happened yet.
I believe Tenji was a distributor for them, have you tried them?
