when you set light channels to come on and off at certin times, are the times local times or apex times. theres a 3 hr difference here and the lights are not working to the times set.

Are you in the same time zone as the tank? If so then the clocks should match. Did you adjust the time zone setting on the Apex?

Do your programming on the local dashboard. That will be tank time since it is talking directly to the Apex.

Is the time zone on the device you are using for Fusion correct?

You didn't answer my question about you being in the same time zone as the tank.

If you are in a different time zone, I believe Fusion uses your time zone.

yes the local time is correct, yes the tank is downstairs. all times are correct that I can see. in manual I can turn the lights on and off. when I go to auto the lights stay off. same issue on channel 8 which I have as the light fans.

Ah so the tank is behind the Fusion time.

I know you said the time zone is set correctly.

But there are 2 clocks to set. 1 in Fusion and the other in the Apex itself that you do through the local dashboard.

There are 2 places you can control your apex. Fusion allows you to access your Apex from anywhere with an internet connection.

The local dashboard is only accessable when you are logged into the same network as the Apex is.

Assuming your computer is on the same network, type in http://apex.local

It should bring up a sign in screen.

Default username is admin

Default password is 1234

This should bring up your local dashboard. Looks very similar to Fusion but the bar on top is black and only says Apex.

Change the clock here and botch clocks should match

I have tried everything I can find on the internet including the above to get rid of the second clock. No luck. It came up several days ago before the time change.

In Fusion (not local), click on the Gear/Expand icon at the top and then the Clock/Clock icon. Make adjustments on the right so that your Apex and local clocks match, IF you are in the same time zone. (But if you're not in the same time zone, they shouldn't match.) Use the Time Zone Lookup button if you're not sure. Then don't forget to click on the Update Apex icon which has turned orange.

Huh. Which Apex do you have? Also, have you tried it from a pc or mac web browser? (Apologies, I don't use the Fusion app, even on my phone I use Safari.)
