Hey guys so I just purchased the new apex 2016 model and I’m having some trouble. I’m setting it up thru my laptop and it’s asking me for my username and password which I used to have 6yrs ago when I had my old black apex but now I don’t remember and there’s no buttons other then sign in.... so how do I go about getting this info or resetting my stuff? Thanks

Okay I figured out the log in part but now I’m seeing this on the Apex app... how do I go about getting into these controls? It won’t let me click on them

You need to move the slider which is covering up the switch. That little grey bar on the right of the gear icon. Click on it and drag it to the left. It is a shield which prevents accidental clicks.

I think it is only enabled on "mobile" devices. I have it on my phone but not on my desktop. It's definitely a nice feature for touch screens.

For sure! I probably never seen it bc I used to use my Galaxy Tablet and it’s a different setup on there then it is on my iPhone now
