Hi All,
Woke up today to find a issue with the Apex😢

I have a Apex A2 unit with 3 x EB6 units connected (Australia, energy boards), light on EB6 has what seems to be a solid "Green" light meaning

"The EnergyBar is running and is receiving commands from the AquaController Apex base module "

Blinding Green is: The EnergyBar 6 is running but has not received commands from the AquaController Apex. Outlets are in Fallback mode.

however Apex is telling me a the status is "Disconnected"

I have logged a ticket with Apex but is Sunday in Aus and wold be great to find a solution.

I am running Installed AOS 5.11 9F23, seems there is a update 5.12 2B25 available from Feb 25, not sure if this is the problem, i don't think so as its been fine for the pass 6mths.

Issues are all the items plugged into the EB6 units are now uncontrollable and set in fallback mode, this is ok for some items but not everything.

Any thoughts and if anyone has this happen before i would greatly appreciate any support.

I've not personally had that issue, but if I did, I'd probably check the aquabus cable (maybe swap it for another one to test?) and try changing which aquabus port I was plugged in to on both ends.
