I am in the middle of resetting up my tank after a move and would love to minimize the number of outlets I am using. If the pmup is plugged into the correct power port/plug on the side of the eb832, do I need to still provide power to the atk/llm unit or will it get enough power from the usb port on the eb832?

No, no need! :) Not unless you're planning on using the 24v outlet on the FMM for something else.

As for sensors, they will work either way - your Aquabus (USB) is enough!
